For enhanced effect, it is recommended to take 3-4 times a day 30 minutes before meals. During the first 2–3 days, in the adaptation period, take 1 sachet a day, dividing it into 2-3 doses of 50 ml each.
Afterward, you can increase or decrease the dosage based on your body’s response. If you have health problems, the dose can be adjusted individually, considering your weight and the nature of the problem.
Store the diluted product in the refrigerator. You can dilute it with water or other beverages and consume it throughout the day.
